Expert settings
Brief description (for new accounts)
Provide a brief description of your expertise, years of exerience, unique strength, pricing etc. This will be used by our team to evalute your profile criteria.
Language
Your langauge for conducting sessions. options: English, Yiddish
Category / Topic
Select the category and topics of your expertise. You can only select 1 category per profile. If you cannot find your category or topic in the dropdown, please ad it in the box below.
Title
The title displayed on your profile. Any changes will forst be reviewed by our team before making it public.
Description
The description displayed on your profile. Any changes will forst be reviewed by our team before making it public.
Availability
Select the days and hours you are available to conduct sessions. Client will only be able to schedule available slots, and we make sure scheduled slots are not being double booked.
Session time
Select how long a session can be. options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour
Daily limit
Limit how many sessions you can have in a day.
Buffer time after session
Select a buffer time after sessions that should not be available for scheduling. options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour
Session documents
Upload documents that can be send to the clients before or after a session Click on the "Browse" button to select a PDF file to upload, or drag it to that area. File grid options
Click on the Name column to rename the file to describe its content.
Click on the Send column to select when it should be saends to the client. options: Before Session, After Session
When Pricing type is set to Package, click on the Session column to select a package session to which the document should be linked to.
Click on the eye icon to view the file.
Click on the X icon to delete the file.
To update an existing file, select the file row and upload a new file.
Payments (only available for approved expert accounts)
Select how much to charge the client per 15 minutes.
Pricing type
Select how you price your sessions options:
Per Session (a single price for each session)
First Session Special (the first session has a special price) Percentage: select a percentage of the original price
Package (a single price for a group of sessions) Sessions: select how many sessions are included in the package Occurrence: select how often each session will be. options: Twice a week, Once a week, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks, Every 4 weeks
When a client schedules a package session, they will need to schedule a slot for occuring sessions up front.
